Book Summary
We innately muse and meditate. Children gaze delightedly on a photograph of an earlier age. Adults are transfixed by a waterfall. Lovers wonder at the romance of a moonlit night. Spiritual disciples attempt to understand their pilgrimage and their relationship to God. Christian meditation is an essential spiritual discipline (and joy) for all believers. The Psalms have been both a primary source and a catalyst for spiritual meditation throughout the ages. This book is a practical application of meditations in the Psalms. Bobby Ogdon is a Presbyterian minister, formerly of Whalley Presbyterian Church, Surrey, British Columbia. He is a graduate of Trinity Evangelical Divinity School, Deerfield, Illinois. Post-graduate studies, leading to a Doctor of Ministry degree, were completed at San Francisco Theological Seminary, San Anselmo, California. Bobby is married to Judy. They have two children and two grandchildren. They make their home in Surrey, British Columbia.
